  • Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 6 years in accordance with Malaysia's accounting and tax requirements.
  • KYC Documents: Retained for 5 years after the business relationship ends.
  • Support communication logs: Retained for 2 years for reference and service improvement purposes.
  • Marketing data: Retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion.

8.2 Deletion Procedure

Once the retention period expires or you request data deletion (and no legal hold applies), we will securely delete or anonymise your data using industry-recognised methods. Anonymised data can no longer be linked to your identity.
